This task is priority-1. Check all laptops and make sure the headphones are audible. Check the volume controls in the system tray, Rosetta Stone, headphone cable, and the laptop keyboard as well. Without sound, we cannot use Rosetta Stone which has been out of action for a while.

The laptops are fine, mostly all the volume were on mute or low.
Excellent, Juliana was able to use them, thanks to you and the interns.
