Bronx Technology Survey

This is a strong reminder to get to the phone calls to wrap up the Bronx Technology Surveys by the end of the year. I'd like to reach a minimum of 500 completed surveys or close to it as possible.

I'd like you to start making at least 20 phone calls a day starting next week, Aug 25th. Not everyone will pick up and not everyone will want to participate. This task is really important and the interns have given you a good head start. I last told them to skip to 1000 in the database. See where they left off and pick up from there.

Please let Saturday users know that we will be closed August 30th due to the Monday holiday. Make signs and post around the lab and the entrances. Make sure you tell everyone this Saturday that the building will be closed the following Saturday. You can post today.

Look through those calendars again and this time, copy and paste one description for each of the classes offered in 2007 and 2008. The calendars are on the network too. Be sure to submit it by e-mail in MSWord.

Please create a list of classes that we have offered in 2007 and 2008. You'll need to look at the computer class calendars on file. Please do this in MSWord in 2 columns. Submit this task before you leave today, Aug 19th.

Make sure you are in the lab or monitoring it every 10 minutes while you are getting this task done. Thanks.
