Assignments for April 3, 2006

Interns:
I will not be in this Monday. I am relying on you guys to manage the open lab session for Monday, April 3rd, which runs from 12pm to 4pm. Please be sure to :

• arrive as early as possible; Mohammed usually gets in first.
• have every user sign in
• turn off all computers
• lock up after you leave

and I will see you all on Tuesday. Thanks again for the mailings. They went out this morning.

Assignments for March 28, 2006

Interns, if you have completed all prior tasks please do the following:

• Jennifer Bennet will be coming in with students from 2:30pm to 4pm and 4pm to 6pm
• She will be needing your assistance and she and her groups are priority 1.
  
  Also, if one of you can keep doing this task that Mohammed has already started, this is priority 2:
• there is box containing MiniDVs that you must view to catalogue
• meaning you have to write down on a DV sticker a description of what you were able to see or hear on the MiniDVs
• Mohammed is in charge of devising a cataloguing system
