Assignment #12

Mohamed,
Please wipe down all door knobs with disinfectant. Wipe down keyboards and mice as well, but apply a secondary wipe of a damp cloth to keep the residue from forming as it has done in the past.

You'll have intern help coming in July.

Assignment #11

Wipe down (under keyboards too!) and organize all computer tables and desks:

• Lobby
  
• Mac Lab
  
• Alcove
  
• PC Lab
  
• Work desk in Tech office (where folding is done)

Also, do not eat at my desk. I've been finding food stains on my chair and desk that no one bothers to clean up.

Assignment #10

Interns, the keyboards at WFTCC computer lab are filthy. I was surprised and disappointed to see just how filthy they have gotten.

• With q-tips and rubbing alcohol, clean every key on every keyboard.
  
• Wipe down underside of computer table at back of classroom in front of sliding doors.

This is a priority assignment for the rest of the week.

Don't Let This Happen Again

Please make sure you pick up large debris from the floor and desks before leaving the site. This is what I found one day when I came in to work. Enforce the rules.

Assignment #9

All ETInterns:

If you come across any newspaper or magazine articles, please cut and laminate to post to our news board. I have to approve it first! I'm looking for newspaper and magazine clippings (not printed from our printers). This is an ongoing assignment. Whoever submits the most approved articles before the end of June gets a sandwich meal from Subways.
