Im installing java on them, jigzone is working, doing updates on them also.

Java on Laptops

Please install Java on all IBM laptops. Go to jigzone.com on the computers and you will see the problem come up.

Also, organize the power plugs in the carts so that they stay put and out of the way. Try taping the the power plugs to the cart walls inside leaving enough slack to unplug to/from the laptops.
