Celso + Magou,
Check the eMacs in the lobby and see if Safari, Opera, and FireFox are working on all of them. Then, turn off the computers and turn them back on again and run the updates on them. Uncheck the iPod updates, we don't need those. Report back when assignment is complete, both of you, via email.

Magou, Celso, Jovell, and Marcus,
We are up to 60 completed surveys. These are great results for just one week into the survey campaign. Although, it will slow down eventually, do not fail to get every person that walks into our labs to complete the survey just ONE time. Keep it up.

Assignment #12

Mohamed,
Please wipe down all door knobs with disinfectant. Wipe down keyboards and mice as well, but apply a secondary wipe of a damp cloth to keep the residue from forming as it has done in the past.

You'll have intern help coming in July.

Assignment #11

Wipe down (under keyboards too!) and organize all computer tables and desks:

• Lobby
  
• Mac Lab
  
• Alcove
  
• PC Lab
  
• Work desk in Tech office (where folding is done)

Also, do not eat at my desk. I've been finding food stains on my chair and desk that no one bothers to clean up.

Assignment #10

Interns, the keyboards at WFTCC computer lab are filthy. I was surprised and disappointed to see just how filthy they have gotten.

• With q-tips and rubbing alcohol, clean every key on every keyboard.
  
• Wipe down underside of computer table at back of classroom in front of sliding doors.

This is a priority assignment for the rest of the week.

Don't Let This Happen Again

Please make sure you pick up large debris from the floor and desks before leaving the site. This is what I found one day when I came in to work. Enforce the rules.

Assignment #9

All ETInterns:

If you come across any newspaper or magazine articles, please cut and laminate to post to our news board. I have to approve it first! I'm looking for newspaper and magazine clippings (not printed from our printers). This is an ongoing assignment. Whoever submits the most approved articles before the end of June gets a sandwich meal from Subways.

All ETinterns are charged with the task of folding technology program brochures for WFTCC and Phipps Opportunity. Do not mix up the piles.

Assignment #7

Mohamed, I need you, Magou, and Kishawn to manage and complete the following:

• Did you tell Keith or Juan that the glass door entrance to the building need to be thoroughly cleaned like I asked?
  
• Also, the kiosk stations in the lobby need a complete wipe down. Desks,computer, screen, table top... the entire area. Please take care of that today.
  
• Do we have enough plastic sheets for the signs to be put up on the door to the hallway..?
  
• Magou what happened with the map project I asked you to create?

Assist Mohamed with the printing and lamination of 5 x 7 pics to be posted along the edge of the hallway corkboard.

Magou, help Mohamed and Kishawn after the white Macs in the lobby have been wiped down.

I will be giving you a list of organizations that have a technology program in the Bronx only and you will map them in Google. You'll also need to research and find other programs. I'll go over the goals with you and show you the account we will use.

Assist with Post Test; only clients that took Pre Test.

Assist with alcove cork board

Remove fading paper from hallway corkboard and other items

Print and laminate fresh pics and other items

Restaple pics and other items to hallway corkboard

Mohamed,
Please remove the computer that is not being used in the alcove. It seems to be falling apart as the face plate came off. Also, please have the interns clean the carts; the sign-in and projector carts. Please post a note when the assignments have been completed.
