ETP Assignment #22

Mohamed, please prep printer cartridges for shipping. I left the packaging stickers in your mailbox. The printer boxes are on the floor in the ETP Office.

Mohamed,
These are your assignments during staff vacations:

1. Update the Reading Companion Software on all the IBM Laptops. Please get David and Rafael to assist when possible. Speak toAngelo and Juliana as to when they'll be available so that you can get the keys to the cart. This is extremely important because Juliana or Angelo may be on vacation now or soon.
2. Run a practice scan on the new scanner. Check to see if it works and saves to the computer it is attached too. Have David and Rafael do the same.
3. Off-site assignment: you will need to report to the Phipps Opportunity Center at Melrose
   to organize the cable wires for the PC Lab. We need to prep this room for use this January. I also want you to familiarize yourself with this new site and staff.
4. I will be checking my e-mail and bog periodically in anticipation that these assignements will be completed by Dec 28th. Please continue to post to blog and make sure David and Rafael do so as well.

We removed all the gum from under the table, wiped the pc, gave out intake form, i left a couple on your desk yesturday.

Assignment #1 for Rafael Merced

Rafael, whatever David does not finish, you are in charge of following up with the cleaning and disenfecting of our technology equipment and supplies. In addition, you will need to wipe down all the mice and keyboards thoroughly. I'll try to get you some compressed air to blow out keyboard dust under the keys. You will also tend to the cleaning and organization of the Mac Lab. Make sure you shut down the lab on Friday since we are closed the next 2 Saturdays.

Assignment #2 for David Bravo

David, you are in charge of cleaning up the tabletops in our PC Lab. Please wipe and clean under the keyboard and the CPU itself; they are very dusty. Also clean all printers, doorknobs, carts, and projector; in both the PC Lab and ETP Office.
