Phone Calls
What do i do with the spanish speakers, and for those who didn't put their phone number, do you want me to still input their information based on the database.

Skip the Spanish speakers. If they didn't provide a phone number, then e-mail (if they have one) or we'll snail mail them the survey at some point.
