Conduct survey for Windows XP class at 4:45pm and 7:45pm. They are ready and on the homepage. If people leave early, catch them on the way out and put them on a kiosk in the lobby if you have to. Tell them it's very important. It's also a lot shorter than previous surveys.

what if they stay for the 6pm class.. do they have to do the survey again.
