Got it.
If you didn't do it today, then go on Friday with Jose. It's the first thing you do when you come in. Jose checks out at 4pm. Have him do the stamping first, then you do the rest when he leaves. You can leave the calendars there I believe. They'll get picked up. Check with Wendy when you meet her.
